HOW DO I GET STARTED?

THE SPECIFICS

Design and printing fees for soft-bound, saddle-stitched books.

DESIGN FEE $850.00

Design fee includes the following:

– Cover/back layout
– Title page
– Essay or statement
– Resume/bibliography
– Images plus image captions
– Acknowledgements

Design fee does not include printing costs

SIZES & CONFIGURATIONS

Four (4) book sizes and page configurations to choose from:

1. Small square: 7 x 7
2. Large square: 8.5 x 8.5
3. Portrait: 7.5 x 10
4. Landscape: 10 x 7.5

From 16 – 28 interior pages. Page quantity is determined by how much content is provided. Books are printed on gorgeous high quality paper, with your choice of matte or glossy finish.

PROOFING

You will receive a hard-copy press proof of your book on your chosen paper stock. We guarantee that your final printed copies will match your approved press proof. Color quality and accuracy is a big deal to us!

PRINT PRICING

Our print partner, Daily Digital Imaging (A Bay Area Green Certified Business), utilizes the latest in digital printing equipment and guarantees high resolution, brilliant and accurate color matches.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Visual Content:

– High resolution, digital image files – TIFF, 300 DPI
– Same size or larger than will appear in catalogue
– BLACK & WHITE images in grayscale format
– COLOR images are RGB preferred

Note: If original color images are in CMYK, DO NOT convert to RGB or vice versa.

Written Content:

– Text should be proofed and edited
– Submitted as a WORD document format preferred

Length of written content will determine quantity of images that can be included.

We accept credit cards and debit payments via PAYPAL
50% deposit of entire fee required to begin project
